During their studies in the Department of Mineral Resources Engineering, our students have to complete their internship. Internship is included in the 7th term, receives 4 ECTS units, and is completed in the summer period between 6th and 7th term, and between 7th and 8th term regardless of the orientation chosen by the student. Internship is performed in a company or organisation related to the Mineral Resources Engineer profession. During their internship, students gather information that they present in the form of a written project, which is marked.

Additionally, during their studies in the Department of Mineral Resources Engineering, students will have the opportunity to visit mines, quarries and other production units and technical operations related to their studies, during educational field trips.
