Students who are completing their thesis are informed that after the end of the examination period of the spring semester of the academic year 2025-2026 and until July 17, 2026, they can present their thesis.
After students receive approval for the presentation and examination of their thesis from their supervisor, they jointly determine the time and method of examination within the prescribed period.
The examination can be conducted hybridly (in person or remotely in a digital room).

RESPONSIBLE STATEMENT OF DIPLOMATIC WORK
Before the Examination of the Thesis:
- The Committee Members inform the Secretariat about the students whose theses have received approval for presentation/examination.
- The Secretariat sends the “Thesis Examination Form” to the Committee Members
- Students complete the “Non-Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights” form
After the Presentation/Examination of the Thesis
- The Committee Members send to the Secretariat the “Thesis Examination Form”, completed and signed with a digital signature.
- Students send their work to the Central Library of the Institution ( library@uowm.gr ) and with notification to the Secretariat ( mre@uowm.gr ), in pdf file format , as well as the digitally signed Master’s Degree via the link https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr/psephiake-bebaiose-eggraphou
- The Secretariat updates the Information System with the score received by each student.
