Complaints Management

For the registration of complaints, the student fills in the “Complaint Form”, in which he records with brevity, clarity and objectivity, the problem – complaint she or he has, and electronically at complaints@uowm.gr.
The Legal Adviser of UoWM, after examining the student’s complaint and any additional material submitted, takes the appropriate actions, informing either the President of the Department, or the Student Ombudsman, or the Ethics Committee, or the Data Protection Officer.
Within a reasonable period of time, the student is duly informed about the actions that have been taken and the general handling since its submission, as well as about any decisions of the respective administrative body.
